Third driver in fatal cooperating
Once investigation completed, district attorney will decide on charges, Kingston police chief says.

KINGSTON – Police have spoken to the three drivers they believe were involved in a fatal pedestrian accident on Wyoming Avenue late Wednesday night, Police Chief Keith Keiper said.
Keiper said the driver of a third vehicle that allegedly struck 32-year-old Sharon Shaughnessy arrived at police headquarters with her vehicle Friday morning.
Her name and the names of the two other drivers haven’t been released by police pending the investigation, Keiper said.
Police were searching for a light-colored, 2003 or 2004 Volvo, the third vehicle suspected of hitting Shaughnessy just after 10:30 p.m.
Shaughnessy was initially struck by a sport utility vehicle in the northbound lane as she crossed Wyoming Avenue near Pierce Street, Keiper said.
Keiper said the woman was then struck in the southbound lane by a second vehicle, and again by a third vehicle.
The drivers of the first and third vehicles that struck Shaughnessy sped away, and the driver of the second vehicle stopped at the scene, Keiper said.
The driver of the first vehicle surrendered to authorities on Thursday morning.
Keiper said the three drivers are cooperating with the investigation.
State police at Wyoming impounded the first and third vehicles, police said.
Shaughnessy, a resident of Kingston Manor, was walking home from her job at Wilkes-Barre Movies 14 where she worked in concessions.
Keiper said once the investigation is complete, it will be presented to the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office to determine if criminal charges will be filed.

Kingston police are looking for two vehicles in connection with a bizarre hit-and-run crash Wednesday night that killed a female pedestrian on Wyoming Avenue.
Police on Thursday said three separate vehicles hit the woman as she crossed Wyoming Avenue at the Pierce Street intersection.
The woman died at the scene.
According to Kingston police Chief Keith Keiper:
The first vehicle was northbound on Wyoming Avenue toward Forty Fort when it hit the woman, pushed her into the southbound lane, and fled.
A second vehicle driving in the southbound lane then struck the woman. The female driver stopped.
A third vehicle traveling in the southbound lane ran over the victim and also fled.
Witnesses described the first vehicle as a dark-colored sports utility vehicle, possibly a Geo Tracker, with gray/silver bumper. The driver appeared to be a white male in his 30s wearing a baseball cap.
The third vehicle was a silver car, possible a Mazda or Mitsubishi.
Police said the victim, who resided in Kingston, was walking home from work when the accident occurred just before 10:30 p.m.
"It's a sad thing. People were supposed to stop at the scene of an accident. You have to know you hit somehting. They just drove away," Keiper said. "This is one of the worst I've seen in a long time."
Authorities know the identify of the victim, but have not yet notified the next of kin. An autopsy was under way this morning.
Wyoming Avenue was closed for hours, but is now open to traffic.
Kingston police are asking anyone with information to call police at 287-6911 or call 911.

Shocking Discovery
Kingston woman walking home from work killed on Wyoming Avenue near Pierce Street.
EDWARD LEWIS elewis@timesleader.com
KINGSTON – An employee at Wilkes-Barre Movies 14 was killed when she was struck by three vehicles as she walked across Wyoming Avenue Wednesday night.
Police Chief Keith Keiper identified the woman as 31-year-old Sharon Shaughnessy, of Kingston.
Shaughnessy was walking home from the movie theaters and crossing Wyoming Avenue near Pierce Street when she was struck in the northbound lane by a sport utility vehicle just after 10:30 p.m., Keiper said.
Keiper said she was then struck in the southbound lane by a second vehicle, and again by another vehicle traveling south on Wyoming Avenue.
The drivers of the first vehicle and third vehicle that struck Shaughnessy sped away, and the driver of the second vehicle stopped at the scene, Keiper said.
Hours after the accident, the driver of the first vehicle surrendered to authorities. Her name hasn’t been released because of the ongoing investigation, Keiper said.
Keiper said the driver of the third vehicle, possibly a silver or light-colored 2003 or 2004 Volvo, is being sought.
“We have witnesses who witnessed the accident,” Keiper said.
Shaughnessy was pronounced dead at the scene by Luzerne County Chief Deputy Coroner William Lisman.
Results from an autopsy performed by forensic pathologist Dr. Mary Pascucci at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital on Thursday were not released by the Luzerne County Coroner’s Office.
Lisman referred questions to District Attorney Jacqueline Musto Carroll, who declined comment. Keiper said two detectives are actively investigating the case.
“They’re out interviewing witnesses,” Keiper said. “Once they get what they need, we’ll refer our case to the district attorney’s office.”
Keiper said it’s too soon to determine if criminal charges will be filed.
Wyoming Avenue, officially called U.S. Route 11, was closed for several hours Wednesday night into Thursday morning as investigators reconstructed the accident. Orange-colored spray paint markings on the pavement showed where Shaughnessy was struck and where her body was found.
Shaughnessy was employed in concessions at the movie theaters for approximately two years. A movie theater official declined further comment due to company policy.
Anyone with information about the driver of the third vehicle is asked to contact Kingston police at 287-6911.

Authorities say they have not determined what charges are warranted in the bizarre death of a female pedestrian who was struck Wednesday night in Kingston by three successive vehicles, two of which fled the scene.
“It’s a complicated matter, so it’s under investigation,” Luzerne County District Attorney Jackie Musto Carroll said Thursday. “Obviously, it’s a tragedy, but we have to let the police do their job.”
Kingston police identified the victim as Sharon Shaughnessy, 31, of Kingston. She died at the scene.
Police say Shaughnessy was hit as she crossed Wyoming Avenue at Pierce Street around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday. She was walking home from her job at Movies 14 in Wilkes-Barre.
Investigators say a key turning point in their crash probe came early Thursday afternoon when the driver of the first vehicle to hit the woman surrendered to police. The female driver was questioned by detectives, but no charges were immediately filed. Her name was not released.
According to Kingston police Chief Keith Keiper, initial crash investigation reports indicated that the first vehicle was northbound on Wyoming Avenue toward Forty Fort when it hit Shaughnessy, pushed her into the southbound lane and fled.
A second vehicle driving in the southbound lane then struck the woman. The female driver stopped and later provided information to police.
A third vehicle traveling in the southbound lane ran over the victim and also drove off.
Police are trying to track down the driver of the third vehicle, a silver/gray car, possibly a Volvo.
“It’s a sad thing. People are supposed to stop at the scene of an accident. You have to know you hit something,” Keiper said.
“This is one of the worst I’ve seen in a long time.”
The driver who turned herself in on Thursday is cooperating, Keiper said. He called her surrender “an important piece of the puzzle.”
Keiper would not indicate how close his department is to making a determination on charges, but it could hinge on what the third driver has to say.
“Once we gather all our reports, we’ll talk to the district attorney,” Keiper said.
Kingston police are asking anyone with information about the crash or the third driver’s whereabouts to call police at 287-6911 or call 911.

6 O'clock News
Our local news station finally put this video clip up of the 6 O'clock news from last night. I'm going to keep everyone updated until they find that 3rd driver that took off.
I'm curious when I'm going to get called in by the state police to go over my statement I made that night. The detective I spoke to that night said I was most defiantly going to get called back. I still can't stop thinking about everything, but I did manage to finally get some sleep last night and actually had a full night. Today I go back to work, I hope everyone goes easy on me when I go back. The manager who took my call the night right after the incident happened was very understanding, I just hope everyone else is and they don't give me a hard time. Working in a retail environment is not easy place to work, dealing with customers and sometimes management.

:Update:
I'm still not doing to well, I can't stop thinking about that poor woman. I've been watching the news all day hoping they had new information on the drivers who hit her and fled the scene. On the 5 o'clock news they stated that the first person who initially hit her turned her self in. They won't disclose her name until they further the investigation. They are still looking for the 3rd vehicle that was involved. They also stated the name of the victim, her name is Sharon Shaunasy (not sure if I spelled it correctly) she was 32. I'm glad they did because I would really like to go to the viewing to pay my respects to the family. I want to let them know I tried to do everything I could to help but it was already to late.
Here is the video from our local news station about the new information. They mention me that I stopped to try and help and said that others really should have also even if they didn't get involved. Since they were behind me and I stopped they should have stayed there, but they didn't. I was the only one.

I really hope they find the 3rd vehicle that was involved soon, it kills me that they just took off. I know they were probably scared but they really don't realize how much more trouble they are in since they fled the accident scene.
My mom came over earlier to spend sometime with me after I got the chance to tell her what had happened. She asked me why I didn't call her last night after it happened. But it was already to late and I didn't want to wake her up. She said she didn't care and that I should have. She then took me out to get something to eat to keep my mind off of everything. Being my mother she kept telling me she wished she could take all the pain I was feeling away. She then suggested to me later on after she brought me home, that I should check into the county grieving center for some help. I'm not ready to talk to anyone really yet but family and friends. It was already to hard enough to write my last entry because it meant I had to reply everything over in my head in order to give as much detail from the experience.
I have a feeling I'm going to end up going back on anti depression medication after all this even though I really don't want to. I have bad panic attacks the way it is, I have a feeling they are only going to get worse. Especially driving/ riding in a car. I was already having a problem when my mom was driving us to the Chinese buffet restaurant. Anyone I saw walking on the sidewalk I felt like I just wanted to scream to them to be careful. This is going to bother me for a very long time. I just hope I don't have a panic attack tomorrow when I'm on my way to work. It's going to be a long bumpy road till things get better for me and everyone else who witnessed everything.

Traumatic Experience
Notice: Before reading this entry it is in as much detail from everything that I had experienced. It is not for the weak at heart.
I just saw the most horrific thing ever in my entire life last night on my way home from work. Someone got struck by 3 cars and I saw it all but the first time she got hit. I was coming home from work at about 10:30pm on August 27, 2008 down the north bound lane on Wyoming Ave. as I was approaching the intersection of Pringle St. I had seen a silver car in the South bound lane about 2 blocks up from where I was, jump in the air and come down like they had hit something or blew a tire and lost control. As I was coming closer I slowed down to see what it was because back where I was at first it looked like a Sheet in the road. When I got close enough to see, I saw it was a person. White, Female in her early 30's she was on her back and I wasn't sure if she was breathing. I stopped right there, I didn't care that there were cars behind me. They went around me. I put the car in park and searched for my cell phone to call 911 because I didn't know if anyone else had at this point.
I was in the passing lane going north bound when I had stopped. She was laying in the middle of the passing lane going south bound. The space between her and my car where I had stopped was the turning lane that turns down to go to Pierce St. There was approximately 10ft or less between her and my self. When I was on the phone with 911 I was explaining to the dispatch that there was a person who was just hit right near the corner of Wyoming Ave. and Pierce St. in Kingston. She then asked if I was able to see if she was breathing, I looked over to see if her stomach was moving as if she were and just as I was telling the dispatch person that I didn't see any movement that I think she was not, she got hit again by a Silver SUV in the south bound passing lane which I thought to be a Mitsubishi but I wasn't 100% sure. At this point I saw everything, she got severed in half from the impact of the SUV which had to have been going about 40mph. I started to freak out and started crying screaming that she was just hit again and she was in pieces. The 911 Dispatcher told me that ambulances and the police were on there way and that to stay where I was. Just as she let me go everyone showed up. All of the Kingston police, ambulances and fire trucks were there.
Everything happened so fast. I couldn't believe what I had just seen right before my eye's. I couldn't stop crying, I was shaking vigorously. This poor woman could have had a fighting chance if she didn't get hit for a 3rd time. By 3rd time I mean the first person to have hit her took off. When I had seen the 2nd car hit her I knew it wasn't there fault because if they had stuck her I would have been able to see a body go air born, but I didn't, they ran over her. There was a girl on the sidewalk over near the south bound lanes that had said when she got hit by the SUV that it was the 3rd time she was hit, she was also on the phone with 911 when I was. The person in the SUV who was driving took off also. The only one who had stopped was the 2nd car which I found out was an older lady about in her 50's or 60's. She wasn't doing good. She was crying I felt so sorry for her. When I heard her telling the Police everything she knew she said she didn't realize it was a person that she hit, she said she thought it was just a sheet in the middle of the road. As I was sitting in my car a police officer came over to ask if I was okay and to ask what I had seen. I told him everything I saw from the point when I was all the way back up by Pringle St. when the 2nd car hit her. Then that I was right next to her when she got hit the 3rd time. He told me to stay where I was to not go anywhere. Like I really could if I wanted to, I was still crying and shaking at this point I wasn't in any condition to drive. I had try to call DBF to let him know what I had just seen and he wasn't answering his phone, so I called my best friend. I was bawling my eyes out to her. As I was explaining to her everything I had seen, DBF beeped in, I told him everything and he asked if I was okay, I told him no and that I can't leave. Just as I let him go to finish talking to my friend a detective came over to ask me what I had seen. I told her I had to go because he wanted to talk to me. I got out of the car and he asked if I was okay I told him I would be fine and then he told me to tell him everything that I could. I told him everything I saw from the point back when I was up near Pringle St. He told me to sit tight that they were going to need me to make a statement of everything I saw in detail and that to leave my car right where it was. I got back in my car to wait for someone to come get me so I could write my statement.
At this point I had called my work to let them know what had happened and that I probably was not going to be in work the next day because I just knew I wasn't going to get any sleep that night. She asked if I was okay and kept saying that she was so sorry that I had to see that and she understood that I wouldn't be in the best shape to work. She then told me that her brother had seen when the SUV hit her and said he was really shooken up by it. She said she couldn't have imagined seeing what I saw being right next to her when it happened. She kept telling me she was sorry and that I had to see that happen. I just couldn't believe it.
Shortly after that one of the Detectives came over and asked for me to come down to the station which was about a block away from the accident scene to write my statement. As I was sitting there waiting they had 3 guys sitting there waiting to be questioned. Apparently they where one of the cars behind the SUV when it hit her and swerved out of the way to avoid hitting anyone them selves. One of the police officers that was in the station came over to me and had me go back to an office so I could write everything down. They took my information to keep it on file since I was a witness. I wrote everything down that I could remember at that point since I was still shooken up. After I was done telling them the one Detective that brought me over told me that the state police are looking into the investigation and that I will most likely be called back by them for an interview. After that he told the one officer on duty that had my write my statement to take me back to the scene and wait since I couldn't take my car yet. I sat there and was watching as they were investigating the area and trying to clean up. There were 3 people that one of the Detectives were talking to that knew who the person was that was hit. They said she was on her way home from work and had lived in the one building that was for people with mentally handicap and substance abuse issues. They were workers of this building. At least they were able to identify the body so that way they could let her family members know what had happened if she has any.
As I'm sitting there watching them still clean up the mess and to mark on the road where her things were I saw them checking out my car to make sure it wasn't involved. Just after that a police officer came over to get me and told me that I could leave. He took me over to my car where a member of the DA questioned me what I had seen. I told him everything I had seen and someone said my story matched up with a few others who had seen everything. They were asking me some questions of things I wouldn't have known off the top of my head, like when the 3rd person hit did I hear any tire squeal like they were going to stop when they saw her. I said I didn't hear any till after they hit her. They wanted to know because from what I could see there were no skid marks on the road anywhere near where the body was. When he was asking me what I told the 911 dispatcher, I told him she asked me if she was breathing when I said I didn't think so, he asked if I had gotten out of the car to check her pulse. I explained to no I was still in my car and I just looked over to see if I could see her stomach moving as if she was and that was when she got hit the 3rd time I said if I did I would have been hit to. He said I was lucky and that he was glad that I didn't get out. I finished answering everything they asked me and then they told me I could finally leave.
I didn't get much sleep at all last night. I can't stop thinking about everything, it keeps playing over and over in my head like a video on loop. This is something that is going to be with me for the rest of my life...even though I wish I had never seen it, Everything happens for a reason and maybe it was something I was meant to have experienced no matter how Traumatic it is. It was hard for me when they let me leave, as soon as I started driving home any bump or pothole I hit the sound just brought me back to the impact of that 3rd vehicle running over her. I don't think I will ever get that sound out of my head.
They are still looking for the two drivers that hit her and fled the scene. I hope they catch them because it inhumane for what they did to that poor girl.
Here is a video from our local news station of the information that was released to them to make a story of what had happened and to make note that they are still looking for the 2 drivers that took off and if anyone knew anything to call the local police.
That is my car that is right in the middle of the investigation.

KINGSTON - A woman in her 30s was killed when struck by three vehicles as she crossed Wyoming Avenue, near Pierce Street, late Wednesday night, Police Chief Keith Keiper said.
Police are searching for the driver's of two vehicles which sped away after the woman, whose name wasn't released, was struck.
Keiper said the woman was crossing Wyoming Avenue when she was struck in the northbound lane at about 10:36 p.m. The impact caused a vehicle driving south to hit the woman, who was also struck by another southbound vehicle, Keiper said.
Keiper said the driver of the second vehicle that struck the woman stopped.
The driver of the first vehicle that struck the woman, and the driver of the third vehicle fled the scene.
The first vehicle is described as a silver, gray or black colored sport utility type vehicle, driven by a white male, between 30 to 35 years old, wearing a baseball type hat with short hair. The third vehicle is a silver Mazda or Mitsubishi, Keiper said.
An autopsy is scheduled for later today.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Kingston Police at 287-6911.

An unidentified female pedestrian was struck and killed on Wyoming Avenue late Wednesday night, near Pierce Street, Kingston police said.
The incident occurred just before 11 p.m., and Luzerne County Chief Deputy Coroner William Lisman pronounced the woman dead shortly after midnight. She was struck by three separate vehicles, according to witnesses. Two of the cars fled, they said.
Kingston Police and State Police at Wyoming were still on the scene early Thursday morning. Police were interviewing witnesses at Kingston Police Headquarters, bystanders said.
As of 1 a.m., Wyoming Avenue remained closed between Butler and Pringle Streets, and Pierce Street was closed between Wyoming Avenue and Rutter Avenue.
WAG Deal's 8/27/2008
I got a few deals from work last night that I forgot all about till my friend said something to me a few days earlier when she went shopping. Since I was off Monday and Tuesday I didn't want to make a special trip to get them since I had work on Wednesday. I had no problem waiting till then.
I returned the Jergens Soap I got that didn't come up like it was suppose to so I got a $2.12 credit toward my order. This is everything I had purchased:
I got the Edge Shave Gel for $0.69 a can, the Dawn for $0.34 a bottle and the Glade Plug in's for free since I also had B1G1F coupons from this past Sunday paper inserts. I was pleased even though I didn't really need the Dawn, but I couldn't pass it up for that price. Now I won't need to buy anymore for probably 2 years :D I plan to share some of it with my mom though since she does get me extra inserts from my grandmother every week.
Also 2 out of the 8 of those oil warmers are for my friend since she had another coupon and wasn't going to get the chance to go back to be able to use it before the sale was over. So she gave it to me when I was at her house the other day sharing the produce score I had gotten earlier that day. I had an over all pretty good day......for sales that is D:

Eggplant Parmesan
Since I got all that Eggplant earlier today, when I got home before after taking some of my findings to my friend that I told her I would share, I asked DBF what he wanted for dinner. He said "something with all that eggplant you got". Only thing that really struck my mind of what I could make with it all that I knew I would have all the ingredients was Eggplant Parmesan. So I looked up a recipe and found one that I could use and embellish since it was a little plain recipe.
I took this picture after I finished all the prep work. Talk about looking yummy and it isn't even done cooking yet.
I used 1 & 1/2 Eggplants because they were huge, a bag & half of shredded cheese, half a jar of Parmesan cheese, garlic, basil, parsley, chives, and 2 jars of Ragu Sauce. I can't wait till it's done. It's going to be sooo good. Should have it for a few days also which is another plus :D

Price Chopper Jackpot! 8/26/08
Ignore the bowl of apples in the picture, they were the ones I got from a previous Clearance Produce score :D
I had to go to Price Chopper today because I wanted to get the Bic Razors they have on sale for B1G2F and the Sani Hands hand wipes because they were on sale for $1.28 and there were $1/1 coupons for them. But I hit the mother load jackpot on there clearance produce. I was so excited DBF was making fun of me because of how much I was freaking out about it. I got pretty much everything they had on the cart but the tomatoes and apples. I got one more pack of apples but only because it had 2 kiwis in it. Most of it I'm going to share with my friend because yesterday she went shopping and picked me up 3 packs of the razors because I didn't know if I was going to get there to get some. So to pay her back for them she happily accepted to take some of my findings :D
Everything you see there I paid OOP $13.66.
6.01 for the Razors & Sani Hands. $7.65 for all the Produce :D

About Time!
Yesterday I finally got everything I wanted done with our front spare bedroom that I wanted to do. I had a whole area of boxes and bags that were things I wanted to yard sale. I never got the chance to have one so I got sick of looking at all of it and have been wanting for awhile to take all of it to the area I have in the basement for our stuff.
Well DBF and I were going to go to the movies but as we got there we were to early and didn't feel like seeing it anymore so we went to Old Country Buffet for a nice lunch. I ate far to much but it was worth it. After that we checked out a new store that was in the same shopping center called Steve & Berry's. We had never heard of it before so we wanted to see what kind of store it was. Upon entering the store it reminded me of Old Navy. They had some nice things and here was the best part, everything was $8.98 and I mean everything. When I get paid I think I'm going to get some jeans since they were that cheap. I was impressed.
After that we went to Wal*mart because I was looking for something that I would have gotten for free after coupons. But when I got there we didn't have any nor did I see a spot to know if they even carried them. While we were there I ended up getting Wet cat food since they finally had in stock the 24 pack I like to get for them and also we got 2 boxes of Capri Sun pouch drinks since they were on sale for $1.75. After we left there we headed to the other Wal*Mart that was about 15 minutes away to see if they had what I was looking for. When we got there they didn't, I was sad. I ended up getting a few things tho that I saw that we needed and 3 things that I wanted but were cheap.
Once We left to go home I made DBF help me with the boxes of stuff in the front room because if we didn't do it then it wasn't going to get done and I really wanted to clean up in there so I could get the other shelf unit from my mom that she wanted to give me. Once he helped me with that I got to my cleaning up in there. I moved the dresser that has some of my stockpile in it over to where I had those boxes. I moved the Ugly orange chair that is DBF's which is where I have my stuffed animal collection on it, over to where the dresser was. Where the chair used to be is where I wanted to put the new shelf.
It looks so much nicer in there. I'm happy it's finally done. I took pictures of the whole entire room starting with my stockpile since its right by the door.
Over by where the table and the kitty play things are is where I want to put my chest freezer once I get it. There is so much more room in there now since it looks more organized in there. Eventually when we get a new couch, the futon that is in the living room I will put in the front room and I will still have room.
One thing that still sticks in my mind when I was living at home, my mom would always yell at me when my bedroom was messy. She would say "I would hate to see what your house would look like when you are living on your own" Yeah my room would be messy but it was only because it was so small and when your buying stuff over time to have when you finally move it starts to clutter up space. Now that I'm on my own I am a clean freak....well for the most part. Sometimes it gets messy because I don't feel like doing anything, but honestly who doesn't have those kind of days ;-) Now that she see's my stockpile and how organized I try and keep everything she's proud of me and everything I have accomplished in the time I have been on my own :D

Yet again Another Unexpected House Guest
Yes you read it right. We ended up having yet again another bat in the house! IDK what to do already. I'm worried of another one getting in again and the cats end up getting it while we aren't home and get hurt by it or rabies. They all have there Rabies Vaccination but you never know, it still worries me.
I really need to let the landlord know now about what's going on. The first one didn't bother me, the 2nd one didn't bother me, but this 3rd one really floored me. I really need to say something. My DBF doesn't want me to because he doesn't want anyone to hurt them, which is understandable but I just want to know how the hell they keep getting in. I told our Neighbors who live next to us upstairs and they haven't had any of them come in on their side. So why only ours?
My rent is due on the first I'm going to send her a letter with it letting her know about it plus 2 other problems we have been dealing with that she needs to look into. We've been having problems with our toilet running, it stops when you jiggle the handle but I have came home after being at work all day and it was running that whole time, same with when I get up in the morning it was running all night. I have a feeling our water bill is going to be higher this month *sigh* Also we keep having problems with our light in the kitchen. Awhile back I let her know about it because it never wanted to turn on, you would have to keep flipping the switch to get it to. Well she came and had the light bulbs changed and that seam to have helped but now it keeps happening again, this time I noticed any time it rains or there's any amount of high humidity in the air. So there has to be something else wrong with it then just the light bulbs.
These 2 pictures I took when DBF was trying to get the bat away from Panzer, Panzer batted it to the ground and as I was trying to get it, it went underneath the bed which gave us a problem.
When we first got Starr she would hide under the bed, well as time went on she started to play with the box spring, she ended up pulling down the liner on the box spring and would hide in there. So when the bat went under the bed we didn't see it. So we took the mattress off and pulled up the box spring and found him side of it. It took me forever to get him out because I didn't want to touch it. If I had better gloves I would have tried that way to get it but all I have are winter fitted gloves and plastic cleaning gloves so those wouldn't have helped. After about 5 minutes of tapping the bottom of the liner he came up closer to where I was able to grab him with a towel to get it to come out. Which then he started to try and fly but I netted him with the towel and then took him out side to let him go. I just really wish I knew where the hell they keep coming from.

WAG Shopping Trip 8/24/2008
So I'm a little late making this post but after I got home on Sunday I didn't want to do anything. I got out at 2:40p when I was suppose to be out at 2:30. I swear no one else who works in that lab but me and the head photo tech are ever on time. It's quite annoying.
Anyway here is what I got and I didn't have to spend anything out of pocket :D

WAG & Price Chopper Shopping Trip 8/22/08 & WAG Deal 8/23/08
I tried to do this post yesterday but I was just to exhausted from work I didn't really feel like doing much of anything by the time I got home afterward. Since today I was feeling more productive I thought I would finally get it done.
First WAG Deal of the Day,
6 Jars of Skippy Peanut Butter $8.52
3 $1/2 coupons
2 boxes of WAG brand saltine crackers $1.68
Total OOP cost $7.18
I also got a $4 RR print out after the purchase for buying them, good off my next purchase. So it's like paying $3.18 after :D
2nd WAG Deal of the Day,
12 jars of Ragu Pasta Sauce $17.04 (split up into 2 orders)
4 $1/3 coupons
Total OOP cost $13.00
Got back 2 $4 RR due to the same offer that was going on with the Skippy PB. With the RR's it was like I paid $5 for 12 jars of Pasta Sauce :D
3rd Deal of the Day: Price Chopper,
Everything I got was on sale except for the Eggs I got which was not in the picture, along with a few other items because I needed to put them in the refrigerator as soon as I got home.
Total Savings $23.10
I thought I did pretty well yesterday. I got a bunch of things that I needed/wanted to get since it was on sale. I really didn't need the pudding cups, but they were on sale for 10/$10 and my friend was nice enough to give me 2 coupons since she had so many so I got a few. I went over my budget a little for the month even though I really don't have a set one..haha But I think I'm good enough that I can make it till my next paycheck with out really having to buy anything. I do have a few things that I need to get tomorrow from work that's on sale but I have those 3 $4 RR to use so there's $12 I have to spend on whatever I want or need, but everything I want to get tomorrow isn't much so I will probably use what I can of the RR's and hold onto whatever is left for the following week. Also to my Mail in Rebates both got accepted so they should be applying to my WAG gift cards soon so I will have those to pay with when I need to. That's $34 I'm getting back to spend on whatever my little heart desires.....at Walgreens anyway..haha
I also ended up getting a few more things today from WAG that I wanted to take advantage of since it was the last of the sale going on.
Total Discount: $1.81
It would have only been $3.50 if I had another $2 off dove product since they were b1g1f I had to get the 2. I would have benefited more if I had another coupon because I would have gotten 2 bottles of shampoo for only $0.24 but since I only had 1 coupon left I paid $2.24 for 2 bottles of shampoo. Still not to bad but I wish I had just one more. The Dial hand soap was on sale 2/$3 ($1.50 each) and $1.27 with my discount and I got both of them for that price since I had a ton of B1G1F coupons. I would have gotten more but we were out so I asked for a rain check. The Dove Deodorant was a nice deal to. We had them on sale for $1.99, I managed to find 2 bonus packs left. With my discount they came to $1.69 but I also had $1/1 coupons that I used so I got them for $0.69 each. I wouldn't have gotten anymore since I have so many but since I did find 2 more bonus packs I just couldn't pass it off. The bonus packs include a sample size of the Ultimate Clear Go Fresh Deodorant line they just came out with. So for a Stick & half of deo. I felt it to be worth spending a little bit more on getting them. The last time they were on sale for that price and we had the bonus packs I bought all of them which is why I'm good on it for years to come.

The Finished Masterpiece
So today I finally got that fire lit under my butt and I got to reorganizing my stockpile. Right now I have plenty of room for everything since I got a display shelf from work that they were just going to throw out. That helped out big time because I was able to put all of my cleaning and laundry type of products on it. Here is everything I have that I keep in my front room Stockpile wise :D
I'm so thrilled I finally got everything done and now know everything I have. I'm pretty much almost done with everything I need for my winter stockpile list. I can't wait to be finished so I can take a break and live off of the stockpile for awhile :D
