Velveeta cheese & Shredded cheese (your choice)
Boil 1 1/2 Box Elbow Noodles
Saute 1 1/2lb ground beef/chicken/or pork
Once that is done then add all this to a pot and let simmer
1 can Hormel chili with beans
1 can Hormel chili w/o beans
1 can Kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes w/ green chilies
1 small can of tomato sauce
Once the noodles are done and the mixture has simmered lay in a large glass baking dish, layer of sauce, noodles, Velveeta cheese, repeat. Once you do all that, sprinkle over the top the shredded cheese then cover with tinfoil. Bake at 305d for 45 mins.
You can cut out or add what ever you want but this is how I have been making it lately. You can also add fritos to give it a crunch.
